Office Assistant - Fowey

What will I be doing?
The office assistant role is a temporary placement based in our office in Fowey. You will enhance our guests’ and owners' customer experience during those crucial initial moments when they visit or contact us.
As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following:
- Being the memorable first point of contact, whether it's via phone, email, or in-person visits to our lovely office
- Answering and triaging general enquiries from our guests or homeowners
- Creating, amending, or cancelling bookings
- Completing call logs or raising tickets for our Property Management team to follow up on
- Resolving customer complaints where possible
