- Complete administrative functions including but not limited to: data entry, resolving all payroll inquiries, print all paperwork for all retail departments, scan and shred documents
- Enforce all park and department policies and procedures
- Maintain labor reports along with other requested reports
- Respond in an efficient and pleasant manner to resolve all guest concerns on the guest management system
- Participate in and assist with the execution of motivational programs
- Assist the division with maintaining office supplies
- Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications:
- You!
- Previous work experience in merchandise and/or games is preferred
- Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age
- Individuals must be self-motivated and possess above average organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Applicants must have excellent both written and verbal communication skills
- Applicants who demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
