In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of the office and assisting various departments to ensure optimal efficiency. Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Managing Director to help support administration tasks to ensure flow of processes throughout the business
  • Record new enquiries and follow process, updating company systems at each step of the process
  • Support on any ad hoc admin requirements
  • Answer calls and emails
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers
  • Working as part of a tight knit team
  • Please note this role will evolve over time and all training will be provided.
