The role of Office Trainee:

• Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Handling a range of enquiries from customers by telephone and email
• Processing incoming and dispatching outgoing mail
• Scanning incoming documentation, filing, and distributing appropriately
• Providing a friendly and efficient service to customers
