Job Title: Operator Department: Manufacturing
Reports to: Line Leads Operations Effective Date: 02/01/2023
Status: Non- Exempt
Job Summary:
The Operator will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
- Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Regularly checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
