About our Opportunity


We currently have an opportunity for an Order Entry Administrator to join our dedicated team at our Pooraka branch. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, this role provides vital administrative support to the sales team. We see this role as a crucial stage of our business, for our ability to meet our customer expectations - delivering on time, in full and as ordered. While data entry is the main focus for this role, there will also be some associated general administration and customer service tasks involved.


This vital role carries out the below takes:

  • scheduling appointment
  • processing sales orders accurately into our in-house business system
  • responding to customer enquiries
  • supporting the wider team as required

We will of course provide training for our in-house CRM and you will have experienced colleagues to help support you. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.54am – 5pm.


About you


We’re looking for someone who understands the commercial impacts of inaccurate data processing, previous data entry experience is a must, you will need to have the ability to work methodically and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Looking for a team player who enjoys contributing to a positive work environment. You need to have a likening to data entry tasks, this role is administratively heavy.


You will have:

  • experience working in the manufacturing or building industry, highly desirable
  • ability to quickly gain proficiency with our in-house system
  • excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
