Position Summary

Serves as a Packaging & Color Analyst for various packaging Print Quality Management (PQM) programs. The purpose of this position is to conduct color and print quality evaluations on packaging using spectrophotometers and other measurement equipment. Results are measured against established brand standards. This role will also include data entry and some project tracking by utilizing our PQM system. You will work independently but also work as part of a larger team where collaboration and team work are key to our effectiveness in servicing the business and delivering on our client’s expectations.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results

  • Perform print quality evaluations utilizing color measurement equipment along with visual inspection
  • Data entry for all measurement results and reporting as required
  • Respond to technical support inquiries via email and phone
  • Utilize asset management systems for retrieving and referencing images and artwork files
  • Provide support and communicate issues or inaccuracies to Management
  • Quality control – checking data and reports for accuracy


Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills:

  • Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of color theory, printing and graphics is preferred but not required
