Packing Operatives (Multiple Vacancies)

Humdinger, Sherburn-in-Elmet

£11.49 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Machine Operators by packing bagged products into boxes.
• Weighing products.
• Completing documents such as daily packing sheets.
• Manual handling and lifting, involving tasks like picking, packing, and various production duties.
• While receiving support from your Team Leader, the role also demands a degree of independence.
• In the first few weeks, you will be trained in Level 2 Food Safety, Allergen Awareness and gain many other new training certificates.

Qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in manual handling.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
• A commitment to learning new skills and achieving targets aligned with daily production plans is crucial.
