Packing Operative

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Packing Operative to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.As a Packing Operative, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. • Efficiently and accurately pack products according to company standards and customer orders.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor product quality throughout the packing process, identifying and reporting any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packing area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all relevant procedures and protocols to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulations.

Requirements from you to undertake this role:

• Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods (PPE Provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects as required.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
