Packing Operator Opportunity - Shift Work

We are excited to welcome a positive, team-oriented individual to join our diverse and skilled team in a full-time, permanent role as part of a 3 rotating shift operation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

• Has a motivated, curious, and proactive mindset
• Is dependable and punctual
• Enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks (training and support will be provided to ensure safety and success)
• Has some mechanical ability and/or understanding
• Values teamwork and fosters collaboration
• Approaches challenges with logical thinking and effective problem-solving
• Prioritizes safety and quality in their work
• Is eligible to work in New Zealand immediately

Physical fitness is beneficial for this role, including the ability to handle items up to 25kg.

Experience (Desirable but Not Required)

We welcome applications from those with diverse experiences, including but not limited to:

• Operating machinery, such as packaging equipment
• Work in food, dairy, or other manufacturing environments
• Conducting quality inspections, monitoring, or record-keeping
