YOUR ROLE

  • Check customer orders (including 100% checks) and packing deliveries to our 3rd party transport providers.
  • Alignment with the Warehouse on picking priorities and loading sequences.
  • Ensure despatch deadlines are met for each of the daily shipments.
  • Manage the shipment documentation process for customer deliveries.
  • Work to customer packing specifications to co-pack as required.
  • To support with a fast, effective, and cost-efficient service to our customers.
  • Working efficiently with the commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.
  • Is aware of all relevant Health & safety procedures relating to their area. Always operates safely.
  • Maintains a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Recognises potential hazards and takes the appropriate corrective action.
  • Takes responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their colleagues.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse related functions preferable.
  • Good experience in a co-packing warehouse environment role ideal, but not essential.
  • Sound communication skills are essential.
  • Minimal IT skills including MS office, SAP and the ability to input onto the carrier’s platform.
  • A “can-do” attitude with the ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
  • Physically fit to manage manual handling activities.
  • Experience with labelling software is preferred and specifically Bartender.
  • Literacy & numeracy essential.
  • Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks.
  • Team player who is committed to the role.
