How you will impact WestRock:

• Expected to ‘set’ and ‘run’ a machine as required, with the purpose of maximising shift output
• Ability to set and run all folding machines and all formats of leaflets
• Work to the agreed Quality levels and achieve the department quality targets
• When required, offer practical advice (troubleshoot) on machine and other finishing related matters

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience of working on and setting machines would be advantageous (ideally in a printing, pharmaceuticals or food environment).
• PC literate
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
• Communication skills
• Awareness of current Health & Safety practices
• Problem solving skills
