Part Time Sales Associate

We are looking for a welcoming, reliable, proactive team player with experience in retail.A large part of this role involves providing outstanding customer service, nurturing relationships with customers and having excellent knowledge of our brands, as well as a commitment to our values of conscious consumerism, ethical fashion and promoting a more sustainable way of living.

Typical work activities include:

• Securing a high number of sales through being fully committed to addressing the needs of the customer
• Nurturing relationships with loyal customers

• Providing excellent customer service and remaining professional, friendly and approachable at all times

- Excellent knowledge of all the brands and products we stock - Attending daily morning briefs with the store manager and rest of the sales team

- Unpacking deliveries of new stock. Steaming, tagging and pricing products ready for the shop floor or putting into order in the stockroom - Maintaining an immaculately organized stockroom and sales floor - Ensuring the highest display standards are constantly being achieved - Ensuring all new season stock and carryovers are on the sales floor and the shop floor is always fully replenished

• Being constantly vigilant to minimize stock losses
