Picker/Packer

Castell Howell Foods is Wales’ leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for a Picker/Packer based at our meat processing plant Celtica, in Cross Hands
The successful candidate will work as part of the Production team and assist in meeting targets on a daily and weekly basis. Successful candidates will be required to:
- To pack and label prepared stock for dispatch
- To receive and store meat products received from suppliers
- To check and rotate stock in storage
- To check and rotate displayed stock
- To ensure standards of housekeeping are adhered
- Work in a cold, manufacturing environment
What we offer:
- Full time hours - Monday to Friday 06:00-16:00
- £29,250 per annum
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. You may be required to work some Bank Holidays.
