PM Carrier Operations, Amazon Air

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

The Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and executing new processes, policies, goals, and long-term solutions that increase scalability, streamline operations, reduce errors, decrease costs, and improve the company's overall air transportation program.
This position will require good communication with external vendors, managers, peers, and team members, both within the team, as well as with other departments and business partners to drive effective solutions to complex challenges. The candidate will need to quickly identify key success metrics to best understand performance and work cross-functionally to implement solutions that effectively exceed targets.
This role will be based at our HQ in Luxembourg and requires domestic travel up to 20% of the time.
Key job responsibilities
- Driving pilot programs with internal and external facing partners.
- Managing and coordinating multiple project assignments that continuously improving customers' experience and develop best in class air capabilities.
- Measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring goals are met.
- Identifying and communicating roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams to gain buy-in and deliver to project schedules.
- Representing the company with partners, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
