We are currently seeking a full-time Processing Housekeeper to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 8 hour shifts 5 days a week.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for issuing uniforms, issuance boxes, and other implements to employees.
- Maintains inventory and tracking of uniforms and other implements through computer and reporting system.
- Order uniforms, safety shoes, equipment and implements within system requirements.
- Interprets daily schedule for each employee and provide reports, procedures, and supplies to support employees schedule while maintaining confidentiality and control.
- Clean general areas throughout the factory to include the employee lunchroom, lobby, coffee rooms, offices and restrooms.
- Replenish supplies in lunchroom, coffee rooms and plant areas.
- Accurately complete all required documentation
- Dispose of trash and cleans work area thoroughly.
- Making of labels for factory packaging.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety and quality guidelines.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and systems transactions.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
- Remove any unused product, boxes and utensils and assure clear and clean work area.
- Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.
- Participation on factory teams.
Qualifications
Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs
- Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office Software
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
- Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold)
- Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Ability to move/lift 35 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills
