About the function

As a Production employee, your duties will include:
  • Sorting eggs on the band.
  • Cleaning the workspace.
  • Packing eggs from the conveyor belt.
  • Stacking boxes of eggs, securing them with foil, moving them as needed, and preparing them for shipping.

Work Conditions:

  • Temperature: Normal.
  • Conditions: Dry.
  • Work pace depends on the number of orders.
  • Language Requirements: Polish or English.

Shifts & Working Hours:

  • Shifts: 06:00-14:15 or 14:30-22:45 (no additional shift benefit).
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with possible overtime and weekend work.
  • Breaks: 45 minutes total.

What we offer

Compensation:
  • Hourly Wage: €14.40.
  • Overtime Rates: 130% for overtime, 150% for Saturdays, 200% for Sundays.
