Production Operator

We are always looking for exceptional talent to join our inspiring multinational business and right now we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and detail orientated Production Operator to join our team!

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our production team and support various tasks to maintain efficiency and quality.

• To build wire sub-assemblies for a variety of instruments to company standards, using engineering documentation and procedures

• Ensuring daily/weekly targets are met

• To be able to work in a team environment.

• To work under limited supervision.

• To contribute to improvement activities as part of the development of a lean manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience in a production environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
