Production Worker

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Worker will be responsible for operating the production equipment during production.

• Operate machinery & forklift with attention to Health and Safety requirements.

• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in a production operations, preferably in a food or beverage setting.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act as it relates to operating equipment and Forklift.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing environment (an asset).

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast paced production environment.
• High degree of manual dexterity, hand eye coordination.

Specifics of the position:

• Some Physical effort requires lifting, pushing, pulling on a regular basis and significant walking, bending and standing.
• May require extended work hours during production season.
