Project Management Assistant for Customer Tenders

What are you going to do?
As the Project Management Assistant for Customer Tenders, you’ll operate in a dynamic, international environment, supporting Mediq’s commercial efforts across multiple countries. You’ll be part of the Commercial Excellence network and report to the Director of Sourcing Excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping and managing the customer tender pipeline across regions
- Aligning teams to ensure priority and success in tender submissions
- Tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery on agreed actions
- Preparing milestone meetings with senior leadership
- Consolidating customer ESG requirements and coordinating related activities
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- A Master’s degree
- minimal of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within commercial excellence and tender management
- Strong communication skills, fluent English
- High energy, persistence, and a results-driven mindset
- Accuracy, diligence, and a well-organized approach
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- A passion for working in an international environment
- Courage to hold others accountable and advocate for quality standards
Bonus Skills
While not required, it would be a plus if you also have:
- A hands-on, can-do mentality
- Analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with continuous improvement and a keen eye for spotting areas of development

- A gross monthly salary depending on experience, between 3600 and 4300 gross/month.
- 8% holiday allowance and an annual performance-based bonus of up to 7.5%.
- Hybrid working arrangements: a mix of working from home and at least two days in the office in De Meern.
- A laptop, phone, and an additional monitor for optimal home office setup.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per km (up to 50 km one-way).
