Job Description: As a Project Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team by ensuring the smooth operation of project activities. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, coordination and communication within the Project Management office.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to the project management team.
- Be alert on all ongoing activities within the projects.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate agendas.
- Organise travel arrangements including visa.
- Coordinate arrangements for international clients or representatives (e.g. housing, residence permits).
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and project documentation.
- Maintain project files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, clients and vendors.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Job requirements:
- Experience as a Project Secretary or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Flexible and capable to give priority to tasks in a dynamic working environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and affinity with IT tools.
- Socially skilled and able to act as part of a team.
Employment conditions:
- A gross monthly salary between € 3.000 and € 4.000+ 8% holiday allowance (based on a fulltime working week).
- € 0,21 per kilometer commuting allowance.
- A profit-sharing scheme.
