You'll help design and manage strategic, customer-focused propositions that make a real difference to people's lives. From working with external partners to analysing customer insights, you'll help us stay ahead of the curve and keep our customers at the centre of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with teams across Bupa to design, develop and manage customer-centric propositions that solve real problems and create new opportunities.

• Use customer and market insights to shape future propositions and ensure they meet evolving needs.

• Support the in-life management of propositions, tracking performance against key success and commercial metrics.

• Collaborate with our Health Analytics team and business stakeholders to bring customer and business trends to life.

• Help manage relationships with external partners - from regular check-ins and reporting, to governance and complaints oversight.

• Act as a subject matter expert for propositions, supporting marketing, customer service and training teams.

• Work with Digital, Healthcare Management and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong adoption of our propositions.

• Keep an eye on the market - scanning for trends, risks and opportunities to keep our thinking fresh and relevant.

• Always put the customer first, using insight to guide every decision.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with customer-focused propositions, products or services - ideally in a regulated or global environment.

• A background in digital propositions is a plus.

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn - you're a self-starter who's open to new ways of working.

• Comfortable analysing data and insights to spot gaps, needs or opportunities.

• Strong commercial and numerical skills, with great attention to detail.

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Skilled at storytelling and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Experience in healthcare, access or value-add products is desirable.

• Awareness of the health insurance market (PMI/IPMI) is a bonus.
