What we’re looking for?
The regulator Ofgem (office of gas and electricity markets) prescribes minimum levels of service customers can expect mostly in relation to timescales for key areas of service across emergency, planned and connections work.
This role is to investigate compliance within GSOP (Guaranteed Standards of Performance) and arrange for the relevant compensation to be paid where these standards have not been met.
We’ll trust you to:
- Operate office systems, process documents, maintain accurate records and access information in support of the Guaranteed Standards of Performance
- Provide administrative support and assistance in providing an efficient and effective service to contribute to the achievement of office and operational objectives
- Work with colleagues in the team to review and validate work and work together towards departmental/team objectives
- Be able to work to personal deadlines as well as those of the team and department
You’ll need to:
- Be numerate, have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Have the ability to use Windows 10 applications such as Microsoft Word, Exec, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as MAPS
- Possess the ability to manage time and prioritise workload
- Have good knowledge of the business internally and externally
