As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for executing quality control tasks derived from our quality system. Your work will span the entire production process, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Your responsibilities
  • Monitoring quality: Ensure raw materials, intermediates, and finished products meet defined specifications.
  • Inspection and sampling: Organize daily and periodic inspections, take samples for analysis, and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Data management: Process, interpret, and report quality data using internal systems.
  • Blocking and quarantine: Manage and resolve product blockages and quarantine cases, updating systems and coordinating actions with relevant teams.
  • Calibration and maintenance: Ensure testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Documentation and record keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality documentation.
  • Non-conformance management: Support investigations and corrective actions for complaints or deviations from standards.
  • Reporting and collaboration: Create reports for internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in quality improvement projects and meetings.


About you
  • At least 1 year experience in the food industry or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with food safety, microbiology, and quality control principles.
  • Laboratory experience: Hands-on experience with QC tasks in a lab environment.
  • Problem-solving skills: Proactive in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Communication skills: Effective in collaborating with production teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to identify deviations and ensure accurate work.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret results and identify trends.
