Receptionist - Wimbledon

  • £22308 per year

To give outstanding customer care to every visitor or caller and to provide administrative support for the central office.

The ideal Receptionist:

The role of Receptionist:

  • Full responsibility to ensure each visitor and/or caller is welcomed. Ensuring each phone call is answered in the appropriate manner.
  • Full responsibility for the collation and distribution of BM and board packs.
  • Full responsibility of ensuring that stationary and refreshments are ordered, making sure at no time that we run out of essentials for the office.
  • To take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors or internal and external bodies.
  • Ensure all post is opened, stamped and distributed to relevant persons.
  • General admin support, such as faxing, filing, laminating, ordering and booking things such as restaurants, cabs, hotels, etc., where requested.
  • Organising and planning events as and when appropriate.
  • To present the Company in a positive light and obtain details of all visitors to inform relevant people.
  • To ensure that the reception area and office are neat, tidy, and welcoming.
  • To ensure that refreshments are ordered, cupboards and fridges stocked, and that refreshments are offered to all visitors.
  • Any other duties that your manager or directors may deem necessary.
