Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests professionally and warmly
• Efficiently check guests in/out and process payments
• Manage reservations and maintain rate integrity
• Keep reception area clean and tidy
• Assist guests with queries and handle correspondence
• Collaborate with Front Office Manager to optimize occupancy and profitability

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the reception of a hotel, preferably in a luxury hotel
