What we are looking for:
- An individual who is warm and kind with a caring and compassionate nature
- Someone who would take pride in being a face of the home, who is often one of the first to welcome visitors
- Someone who is calm and able to manage the needs of a variety of people
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people
- Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression, including during show rounds for prospective residents and their families
- Strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Administrator with tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production
- Good customer service skills, including in person, over the phone and via email
- Above minimum wage and enhanced bank holiday pay
