Marina Developments Ltd is the UK’s leading Marina operator. Situated in Chertsey, Penton Hook Marina is a busy and high-profile visitor destination. To help us deliver exceptional service we are seeking to recruit a fixed term contract (6 months) Receptionist to assist with marina operations at Penton Hook.

The role will include but not limited to:

Ø To act as a receptionist for Penton Hook and its tenants including sorting and distributing incoming and out-going mail.

Ø To ensure the office telephone is answered in a timely manner, customers are greeted and assistance with serving in the main office is maintained ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times.

Ø To provide support to the Administration team with ensuring a strict debt control policy is in operation.

Ø To ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently and to keep the Administrator informed of their progress at all times.

Ø To assist with general administration functions to support the central administration team.

Ø To provide a concierge service to customers to include taxi, restaurant, and Freedom Berthing bookings, and to arrange Dock Master trolley assistance when necessary.

Ø Deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.

Ø To ensure that the Administrator is aware of any concerns you may have within your scope of responsibility.

Ø To ensure all legal, HSE and company policies inc. financial are being adhered to.

Ø To undertake any other reasonable duties required by the management team.

The key requirements for this role are but not limited to:

Ø A proactive approach to customer service and any issues arising is adopted along with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Ø Place our customers at the center of all our business practices, ensuring outstanding customer care at all points of contact.

Ø Ensure you are in the correct uniform and that it is clean, presentable, and well maintained at all times.

Ø All dealings with team members are carried out professionally, politely, and respectfully.

Ø To place the customer at the forefront of your daily duties and ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience is achieved at all times.

Ø To deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.
