Receptionist

Dependent on experience the pay is negotiable, £15- 17 ph. Full training will be given in this busy and varied role.
You will be expected to provide a welcoming, efficient, and professional service to patients, staff and visitors of the surgery. Reception is the first point of contact for patients and is essential in ensuring smooth day to day operations of the practice by managing and checking in patients, dealing with patient queries and administration tasks. You will be expected to have appointment management skills, handle patient queries, ensure patient confidentiality at all times. You will be expected to maintain patient records on the booking system, process prescription queries and know the process for patient registration, check e mails and respond and deal with general office tasks. Full training will be given if working in healthcare is new to you.
