For our Almelo office, we are looking for a (site based) receptionist (temporary role for 2 – 4 months)
What are your responsibilities?
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Greet visitors, issue passes, wifi access and advise relevant employee of visitor arrival
  • Book meeting rooms, taxi’s and catering
  • Responsible for general office duties
  • Adhoc assistance for staff and visitors when requested
  • Collate the post ready for postal service
This list is not exhaustive, and from time to time the Receptionist may be asked to carry out other admin tasks so the overall operation functions efficiently.

  • IT skills and experience using O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams, etc)

  • experience using Jira or any other relevant ticketing tool
