For our Almelo office, we are looking for a (site based) receptionist (temporary role for 2 – 4 months)
What are your responsibilities?
- Handling incoming calls
- Greet visitors, issue passes, wifi access and advise relevant employee of visitor arrival
- Book meeting rooms, taxi’s and catering
- Responsible for general office duties
- Adhoc assistance for staff and visitors when requested
- Collate the post ready for postal service
This list is not exhaustive, and from time to time the Receptionist may be asked to carry out other admin tasks so the overall operation functions efficiently.
What do you need to be successful in this role?

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch and English (and preferably in one other language)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work tasks appropriately
- IT skills and experience using O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams, etc)

- experience using Jira or any other relevant ticketing tool
