Position Overview:
As a Recruiter at Three Percent Pakistan, you'll play a vital role in our success by sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional individuals who share our passion and values. You'll work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending job offers.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
