Job Description:
1. Follow the institute policies and procedures
2. Must have good knowledge about the Board laws, rules and regulations regarding registration, enrollment, examination, practicals, grading, supplementary examination, migration, readmission, result cards and degrees etc.
3. Ensure the accuracy of processes regarding registration, enrollment, examination, practicals, grading, migration, readmission, issuance of roll number slips, students’ cards and issuance of result cards and degrees of students within maturity dates
4. Coordinate with the Principal, Head Office, external controller of examination, Academics Incharge and accountant in performing its functions
5. Maintain the record of notifications and circulars issued by Board as well as the Head Office
6. Maintain the record of students’ registration, enrollment, examination, grading, migration, result cards and degrees etc.
10. Resolve board related issues
12. Performing additional duties if assigned by the management
Location: Shalamar Campus, Behind Pakistan Mint, Nadia Ghee Mill Chowk, Lahore.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
