Basic Job Description:

• Project Management for all Projects related to the Expansion of Company Business into New Countries
• Research on the Regulatory Requirements for the Licensing & Running Company Operations
• Research and Engagement with Various Consultancy Firms and Legal Firms
• Comparative Analysis / Feasibility Reports for Internal Approvals
• Preparation of Business Plan Documents for Visibility on New Business Operations
• Documentation related to Licensing & Acquisitions
• Research in multiple countries for New Ventures and Acquisitions
• Projects Management and Trackers to present ongoing performance.
• Strong Relationship Management with the affiliated business partners.
• Perform other duties in Relationship & Development Department as assigned.
