Relationship Officer Liability Sales

- Responsibilities: Responsible to drive and manage the execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process in order to meet, exceed portfolio growth and cross sell targets.
- Ensure overall assigned portfolio targets are met.
- Ensure targeted percentage of portfolio mix i.e. between CASA and Term Deposit is achieved by complying State Bank of Pakistan guidelines.
- Identify target customers both locally within the region/ area in order to establish a basis for potential business.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential clients, and develop these into successful, ongoing business relationships.
- Ensure field visits with Branch Manager Coordination.
- Ensure the objectives are met within Bank policies, procedures, strategies and maintain coordination with internal units of the bank.
- Ensure deposit mobilization and NTB account Opening.
- A good understanding of Liabilities product and its workability. Must possess knowledge about CASA & bilinear essential to achieve CASA growth.
- Self-Starter and self-motivated.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships.
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices.
- Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
- Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
- Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Any task/ assignment assigned by Line/ Branch Manager to be completed in efficient and effective manner.

- Requirement: Hold a Intermediate/ Bachelor's degree from a reputable Institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics or finance. MBA will be preferable (Subject to approval).
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales planning, management, and operations experience within the retail/consumer banking.

- Desired Skills: Knowledge of MMBL's products/processes and policies.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for each of the products
- Academic Qualification: B.com, Bsc, BBA Preferably Master Degree
- Area of Specialization: Marketing
