We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator- Dealer Support to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Customer Support Representative (Dealer Support) you provide exceptional customer support to dealers who communicate with the contact center through either phone or email.
** Canada Remote near our Element office in Mississauga, ON, Canada- with the ability to attend in office trainings, meetings and events**This position works Monday - Friday, full-time with full benefits. The hours of this team are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. We provide all computer equipment needed to perform your job from home**
A Day in the Life
  • Provide excellent service to our courtesy delivery dealers via telephone and email regarding payment inquires, initial title and registration, driver information, delivery paperwork, and dealer updates.
  • Handle calls in an efficient manner, minimizing time to resolve issues.
  • Strive for first call resolution.
  • Exhibit applicable empathy during interactions, to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Assess dealer needs, clarify information, research any issue, and provide solutions and /or alternatives for resolution.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, & also, independently and when needed - provide back-up support for administrative tasks.
  • Regularly attend work during scheduled shift
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year(s) customer service work experience required, contact center experience preferred
  • Must have strong listening skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to attend in-office training, meetings and events when required
