Research Assistant

We are seeking to appoint two highly motivated and well organised individuals with a passion for Research for CTM UHB.

One post will be based at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and one post will be based at the Princess of Wales Hospital.

We are seeking to appoint two highly motivated and well organised individuals who have passion for supporting research. The post holder will assist members of the Research & Development team and Clinical staff in identifying, approaching and recruiting patients to specific research projects.

The postholder following a period of training will be competent and confident in approaching and recruiting participants into research studies, data-collection and providing administrative support for research projects.

The ability to travel is essential for this post. The postholder must be able to travel across Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
