Resell + Social Assistant

Reports to:

Head of Marketing

Role Overview:

From the time the Jaded customer orders, through to delivery to their home, the Resell + Social assistant monitors resell customer orders and ensures seamless delivery to the customer. As part of the wider social team, you'll also help support the social teams with gifting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the Company Resell accounts (Depop + Vinted), including:
• Model and self-photograph all women's sample garments which are sold on @jadedldn (35k followers)
• Complete the flat lays for our men's sample garments which are sold on @jaded_man depop (5k followers)
• Manage/monitor depop stock inventory, updating data entry system as applicable
• Managing all shipping associated with depop sales
• Find and suggest new ways to help our depop communities grow and maintain high sales turnover
• Liaise with design, garment tech, and production teams about samples, fit models etc
• Maintain flawless and efficient customer service on depop, working inline with resell targets
• Support WW PR team with: Coordinating and organising influencer gifting - negotiating and planning in line with product launches.
• Organise the packaging including gift wrap, case-packing and stickering.
• Ensure all samples leave the building in the correct packaging
• Creating gifting guide templates and support the team in creating look-books for press and stylists
• Tracking deliveries for items that have been sent out for gifting and keep track of returns. Liaise with team, influencers, and agents. Update gifting documents and input to warehouse

Requirements

• Confidence in front of the camera
• A passion for Gen- Z culture and the Jaded brand
• An interest in creative styling and understanding of photography
• An awareness of current trends, and ability to translate this into high-quality eye-catching product imagery
• An existing platform presence on Depop/Vinted + Instagram
• As you will be required to switch responsibilities throughout your day, you will need to be highly adaptable, able to handle a fast-paced environment, and have great initiative
