The Britannia Wigan is a 124-bedroom hotel that boasts 15 self-contained conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 300 delegates with plenty of space remaining for syndicates. The hotel also boasts its very own on-site restaurant and lounge bar. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Restaurant Assistant onto the team.

As Restaurant Assistant, you will be required to:

• Set up of restaurant, service food and clear tables.
• Explain and advise guests of products and services.
• Clear and re-set tables.
• Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery and other items are ready for each shift.
• Take and serve drink orders.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
