Retail Sales Advisor

Join us as a Contact Center Sales Consultant in our Contact Center earning £23,400 per annum with additional incentives - you can earn an average of up to £5,110 extra by achieving your targets.

Our contact centers have moved to hybrid working, meaning you will split your time between home and office.

What are you going to do:

·Have pleasant conversations to meet the needs of our customers while bringing out your personality.

· Take calls from clients wanting to make changes to their package or from new clients.

Be an ambassador by selling the right package to the right customer

·Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, with a variety of shift schedules to suit your lifestyle. When our clients need us most, you will work up to 5 hours extra per week (maximum 10 times per year) and set aside this time to use as additional vacation time.

Training and development is very important to us, so we'll teach you everything you need to know about our great products and how to tackle any challenge, no matter how big or small, so you can reach your full potential as a salesperson. Advisor.
