Robotics Technician or Robotics Technical Support

As a Greystone Robotics Maintenance Technician, you will work with our customer success team to provide technical assistance in automated system deployments, troubleshoot issues with deployments and be a point of contact for technical issues from clients, onsite engineering staff, and customer success personnel.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in mobile device industry and related areas, along with strong interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, teamwork driven mentality, and strong verbal communication skills for interaction with vendors and on-site staff. This high-visibility role will provide the opportunity to work with technical groups within our organization, clients in our proven successful and growing network, while providing a career path with options to advance to other areas within the company if desired.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Robotics Software, Hardware, IT and Support teams on product deployments.

· Work with cross-functional teams on triaging and resolving minor to complex technical issues.

· Conducting manual testing of cellular telephones to confirm results of Greystone Robotic solutions.

· Conducting onsite diagnosis and repair to the Greystone Bots in certain circumstances.

· Provide superior customer service to all clients, internal and external.

· Actively and continuously update technical skills.

Requirements:

· Ability to travel within the United States as necessary to assist with demonstrations, deployments and support of our automated systems.

· Strong, demonstrable experience with mobile devices and testing of functionality

· Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing.

· Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to minor to critical situations effectively.

· Ability to handle a fast pace and sometimes stressful environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive annual salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits: Employee medical allowance, paid holidays and sick leave after probationary period.
