Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Morgan, Morganite and National grades carbon brushes to industries Like Fertilizer, Steel, Sugar, Chemical , Paper, and other industrial plants with in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Understand client needs and recommend suitable carbon brush solutions to meet their requirements.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

· Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using our CRM system.

Requirements:

· Experience in sales of carbon brushes will be preferred.

· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector.

· Knowledge of carbon brushes or related products.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

· Willingness to travel within Punjab and Pakistan to meet clients as needed.

· Degree in related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
