What You Get to Do:

• Provide a superior customer experience for all Burton consumers
• Support store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, and maintenance
• Help organize and run store events and local marketing activities
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets
• Bring the Burton brand to life by being a passionate ambassador

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Retail experience, preferably in a comparable position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive work attitude
• A positive, outgoing personality
• Strong knowledge and background of snowboarding products and their application
• Open-minded and agile team player
• Fluent in German and English, further language skills are a plus
