Senior Manager Finance

We are seeking an experienced Manager Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and revenue assurance. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our Group companies, while supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of taxation, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
• Manage import documentation and ensure correct application of HS codes.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to streamline the import process and minimize delays.
• Lead the preparation of the company’s annual budget and long-term financial plans.
• Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity and optimal allocation of financial resources.
• Develop and implement cash flow forecasts, and monitor daily cash activities.
• Prepare project-specific Profit & Loss statements, financial projections, and cash flow analyses.
• Provide financial insights to support project decisions and track project financial performance.
• Oversee the financial modules within the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve financial processes.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ACCA, CA, or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, imports, HS codes, and financial regulations in Pakistan.
• Proven experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial projections.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in managing a revenue assurance team, with a focus on billing and collections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
