Senior Software Developer

Senior Software Developer with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare Oracle Integration End-to-End Business Cases high level design documents and providing estimations based on work assignment.
• Involve in fixing invalid Configurations, Unit and Integration Testing of Oracle and the Target Data.
• Involve in Oracle Updates.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Provide technical support to end-users by investigating and resolving issues related to Oracle Fusion applications, customizations, and integrations.
• User creation and assigning security roles to provide proper access to a Cloud applications.
• Hands on experience in OIC.
• Individual product configurations including Oracle.
• Administrator of AWS Multitenant environments.
• Tenant Clone and Data Refresh activities for Multi Tenants in various Cloud Suite Portals.
• AWS services like EC2, Volume, S3, Snapshots.
• Create the EC2 instances, taking application DB backups, Snapshot backups, creating Volumes in AWS, export and import of software from S3 buckets.
• Installation/Updates and configurations of ERP.
• User creations and assigning security roles to provide proper access.
• Complete application-level configurations to make sure that the installation is correct by doing Single transaction Integration testing.
• Trouble shooting and resolving the installation and configuration issues of ERP and its Integrated components.
• Understanding business data relationships.
• To work with different data sources like html and xml.
• Involves in the Implementation of Production issues.
• Work on Support Release Implementation and Documentation.
• Implement Deployment Scripts for all the Releases.
• Design and development of prototypes, demos, and final solutions for the above activities.
• Analyze and prepare estimates and schedules; Prioritize requirements for the Quarterly releases; Use SharePoint to track the progress.
• Co-ordinate with offshore and onshore teams, resolved common challenges and discussed daily ticket status updates.

Skill / Knowledge required for the position:

• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion and its Integrated products
• Proactive Oracle Cloud ERP technical design, development & solution working on OIC/ICS Integrations for multiple clients.
• Having industrial experience in oracle integration cloud (OIC) for developing integrations of Financials & SCM objects of Fusion ERP.
• Experience in Batch Processing tools like FBDI, BI Reports and ESS jobs for Fusion Applications.
• Integrating the cloud and on-premises application through OIC (Integration Cloud Service) and SAAS, PAAS integration through SOAP, REST & DB Adaptors.
• In OIC integration, reading the source data from FTP Server/DB and doing the required transformation and conversion which is required for target application like Fusion FBDI template format, this type of conversion is handled in OIC integration itself without any staging DB.
• OIC Agent configuration for on-premises to cloud-based integration.
• Good hands-on experience in oracle fusion SOAP & REST Webservice call for automation through 3rd party testing tools like SOAP-UI, Advance REST Client & Postman.
• Ability to handle web services in Financial and SCM Modules in fusion application in part of data integration.
• Experience in developing BI publisher reports and scheduling for outbound integration and RTF customizations.
• Knowledge of full Oracle stack including Oracle Public Cloud Services.
• Experience in analysis, requirements gathering and solution development.
• Highly motivated problem solver willing to deliver quality work.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager and/or Consulting Lead on a regular basis.
• Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams within Client.
• Working experience in Databases like Oracle and SQL Server 2019.
• Having knowledge in UNIX commands and shell scripts.
• Hands on experience on Bflow tool, BOD development Tool.
• Extensively worked with different data sources like html and xml.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Enterprise solution engineering.
• Ability to lead and communicate with a wide variety of team members and client roles.
• Experience creating road maps and architectural reference diagrams.
• Sound ability to provide level of effort estimates and coordinate prioritization efforts of Solution Architects and Integration Architects.
• Competence in sophisticated Java programming.
• Experience with web, database, object-oriented software technologies and SDLC methodologies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with multi-functional teams.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work location is Portland, ME with required travel to client locations throughout USA.
