Role Overview

• Offering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
• Having in-depth knowledge of our menu, including food items, wine selections, chef’s specialties.
• Relaying orders accurately to the bar and kitchen, noting any dietary restrictions or special requests.
• Anticipating guest needs and creating a strong base of returning clientele.
• Completing opening and closing duties
• Keeping your station and the restaurant clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
