At Epiroc USA LLC, our Parts and Services Division (PSD) provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training in the mining world.

As a Service Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our Service Centers' sales growth, market share, and profitability goals while reducing costs through regional support. Your responsibilities include implementing parts and service administration processes, maintaining customer communication, managing business documents, and providing customer service and training assistance.

The work environment regularly involves an office setting environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. Possibility of lifting up to 25 pounds may be required. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. The noise level is typically low to moderate. Personal Protection Equipment may be necessary when visiting service centers or customer mine sites. The role is designated as Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide regional service administration support for Epiroc USA Service Centers, including coordinating work orders, ordering parts, and creating warranty claims.
  • Assist the Technical Group in gathering information, logistics, and setting up technical training classes, including preparing quotations and supporting marketing materials.
  • Contribute to strategic development and ideas to promote technical business growth.
  • Create and distribute critical campaigns and technical service news bulletins.
  • Regularly manage training and business process reference documents.
  • Understand and adhere with company policies, including those related to technical support, product liability, and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Three years of practical experience in customer or technical service and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mining or heavy equipment industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff.
  • Proficient level experience working in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Position may require approximately 10% travel to various locations for service admin support.

Pay Range:
$15.00 – 30.00 per hour (This is an hourly position. Compensation determination is based upon job-related factors, such as experience, education, geographic location, and other criterion).
