- May be assigned to Information desk at the front to assist customers with general inquiries
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by greeting visitors, being visible and available always and managing first contact resolution
- Responsible for registering, assisting and supervising registered children
- Ensure the environment is playful and fun
- Communicate with parents if there is an issue or concern
- Always actively participating in the children’s safety and security
- Advise all children of the Smaland rules and policies while their parents are present and ensure parents are aware of all Smaland policies and rules
- Maintain supplies and ensure work area is kept clean and hazard-free
- Assist in other duties as required by direct line Leader

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.23 CAD to 22.62 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
