Stock Assistant

Job responsibilities

As a member of LVMH Watches & Jewellery division, you will have the opportunity to work with some the most iconic luxury timepieces in the world and play a key role in crafting an luxury experience for our clients. MAIN MISSION:

Support the supply, management and distribution of materials and spare parts to the workshop and external retailers

…AS STOCK ASSISTANT YOU WILL

/ Pick parts orders for internal and external requirements on a daily basis

/ Keep all in house materials stock databases up to date

/ Accurately record stock movements and complete required documentation

/ Invoice and pack orders

/ Check and receipt shipments

/ Carry out materials stock checks and stocktakes as necessary

/ Providing manager and team with regular stock updates

/ Respond to emails, both internally and externally regarding stock enquiries and availability

/ React to time critical parts requests

/ Order from brand houses

/ Deal with cites from head office

/ Answer phone calls from customers both internal and external

/ Experience of stock picking to a high level of accuracy

/ Knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems to effectively manage stock and respond to queries

/ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

/ Ability to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with strict deadlines

/ Able to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

/ Demonstrate an attitude of professionalism, conscientiousness and reliability
