Supervisor HBL - Rahim Yar Khan

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.

· Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.

· Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.

· Conduct preventative maintenance work.

· Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.

· Inspect facilities regularly to determine problems and necessary maintenance

· Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work

· Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians

· Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)

· Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

REQUIREMENT:

· F.A minimum required with good managerial/supervisory skills, preferably Bachelor degree.

· 2+ years of experience in maintenance and facilities management services.

· Effective budgeting and performance management.

· Computer literate with capability MS Office and related communication tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs32,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
