This is a varied, interesting and crucial role which requires the possibility of working across services. You will be required to work shifts over a 7-day week, you may be required to cover sleep in duties, you will work on a rota basis and are required to be flexible in your working hours to meet the needs of the service, this includes working mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

We know you are going to love positively engaging with service users during their stay, supporting with daily living skills following a strength-based support plan. You will also be enabling our service users to express themselves to make choices and promote their independence. You will be required to attend team meetings and be available for training and competency assessments.

Your ongoing development is important to us. We will guide you through a comprehensive induction programme and provide you with regular supervision that is person focused and reflective to meet your well-being.

Qualified to level 2/3 in Health and Social care or equivalent (or working towards) or with practical experience acquired through a combination of training and working/volunteering in relevant area with clear understanding of applicable standards and regulations.
